Reveo, LLC ("Reveo") provides the reveo.ai website and related services subject to your compliance with the terms and conditions set forth below. Your use of the services signifies your acknowledgment and agreement to these Terms of Use.
If you subscribe or register to use any of the Reveo services ("Client"), the following provisions will apply in addition to the other Terms of Use.
Reveo provides marketing services for its Clients ("Client Services"), including identifying email addresses of persons who have visited a Client website or otherwise expressed interest in goods or services offered by a Client ("Leads") and sending promotional emails to those Leads.
Client Services may require Reveo to place code on the Client's website, such as JavaScript snippets and pixel tags, and Client agrees to fully cooperate with Reveo to properly set up and place this code. Clients must disclose in their privacy policy that third-party marketing tags and cookies are used and abide by all applicable rules, regulations, and laws regarding the use of these tracking technologies.
Subscription fees will renew automatically each month unless notice of cancellation is received prior to the end of the current subscription period. You authorize Reveo to charge your chosen payment method for ongoing services and any additional purchases.
Reveo grants a limited, revocable, nonexclusive license to access the Services in accordance with these Terms of Use.
If you submit text, photographs, audio, videos, or other content ("Your Content"), you grant Reveo a perpetual, non-exclusive, fully paid, sublicensable, worldwide license to use, distribute, and modify Your Content.
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Reveo disclaims all warranties of any kind, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, non-infringement, and fitness for a particular purpose.
Reveo is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Services.
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes arising from the Services or these Terms of Use will be resolved through arbitration in Delaware.
By using the Services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use. If you object to any term or become dissatisfied with the Services, your only recourse is to discontinue use immediately.
